Melo was “made” by Baltimore…he probably has an interesting story, too. Jordan should tell that one, not struggle to make connections to NY when he was too young to have any impact on basketball at all.

Melo ALWAYS claimed West Baltimore as home right up until he started his “trade me to the Knicks” campaign. Then all of a sudden he couldn’t wait to go back “home.” To me, Melo can claim Brooklyn as home about as much as Michael Jordan can.
