NBA referee Billy Kennedy Stalls the Game for TV Commercial Time (VIDEO)

The microphone and camera caught referee Bill Kennedy explaining why he stalled last night’s nationally-televised tilt between the Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs.

    I don’t see why this is such a big deal. You think this is the first time a ref has ever stalled a game due to commercial time? Dude’s just doing his job.

    … and that’s why they make millions. Nobody should complain about it. Guess what, I don’t get TV timeouts at my job, and I don’t make millions.
