Coach in Russia Teaches Players How to Make the Perfect Swing Pass … During a Game (VIDEO)

Yeah, can’t do that.

A lot of basketball coaches are former players, so it’s safe to assume many of them are probably pining for one more opportunity to prove to the world that they really did used to have mad skillz. Former Minnesota Timberwolf Gundars Vetra (shouts to the comment section below for the tip) was given just that chance after one of the guys on the Russian team he coaches passed him the rock during a recent game, and in an effort to show that he’s still got it, dude caught the ball and dished the perfect swing pass to the open man for the corner jumper. Unfortunately the whole thing was wildly illegal, so the ref put an end to the possession and Vetra finished with an unfortunate stat line of 0 points, 0 assists, 0 rebounds and 1 turnover.

This man that you’re calling ‘son’ actually is Gundars Vētra from Latvia (where also Andris Biedrins is from), who used to be a professional basketball player and, by the way, played 13 games with the Minnesota T-Wolves in the 92-93 season :)

Yes. I try to manage my ego, but I cannot.
When one is as cool as yours truly, they can experience difficulty in partaking in ego management.
