These guys would not miss.

After connecting on 23 long-distance bombs—somewhat controversially—the Houston Rockets tied the NBA record for most threes made in one game.

I like the move by the Warriors-intentionally fouling at the end so they do not set the record

Why did folks expect Mark Jackson to let them have the 3pt record? Mark did nothing wrong.

exactly…if anything he should be praised…he saved his organization some future embarrassment

Kinda happy they didn’t break the record; I was at the Magic Kings game where they set it, and man, was that awesome.

Future embarrassment? I bet you can’t name off the top of your head who the Magic set the record against, or who Toronto previously set it against before the Magic.

Sacramento. I was watching that game, 08-09 season – Jermey Richardson # 32 hit the Record breaker. Even Gortat Shot a few…Just of the top of my head…

of course I can’t, but to be fair I couldn’t say that the Magic set the record, or that Toronto had the record before. 5 years from now if I had gone and looked up what team made 24 3-pointers in one game and saw that the Rockets did it against the Warriors I would have praised the Rockets and laughed at the Warriors

Asik’s +/- in this game was +38… he didn’t shoot any threes if you were wondering :)
