Nugget bigs protect the paint!

The Denver Nuggets’ two high-flying bigs recorded enormous blocks, as they erased a pair of Sixers possessions in spectacular fashion.

Man I really love watching Denver play 2 home. The game just moves to fast and there’s so much excitement.

wow, faried’s was crazy. he met Young at the very top and Young came with his string hand. the timing of that one is insane

Kenneth Faried is officially the best chase down blocker in the NBA.

    The Nuggets are a problem!!

Good thing McGee got that block after his terrible positioning and lack of a box out on the rebound.

    McGee…. OMMMGGG… MCGEE lol…
That dude has as much natural physical talent as anyone ever his size. Wilt is the only one that can say otherwise to that IMO.
That block is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Sorry if i’m overreacting. haha

    lol im not convinced yet

  • Ugh

You sure are. Now, we’ve had to talk about your totally absurd comparison of Wilt to McGee before. It’s fine to have opinions, but making comparisons that demonstrate your ignorance is something you should avoid in a public space. It just gets you into trouble.

McGee doesn’t even have Bill Russell or Hakeem’s level of ‘physical talent’ (which, if you watch even ten seconds of footage you’ll realise is immense), let alone Wilt’s. McGee isn’t even more ‘physically talented’ than a player like Bob McAdoo, who I assume you’ve never heard of, let alone bothered to watch. He doesn’t even compare well with Brad Daughterty, who you likewise can’t have seen or heard of or else you wouldn’t make such a stupid comment.

Even the idea that Wilt was the bar set for most ‘physically talented’ big man is a questionable call when you have a guy like David Robinson in the field. Have you seen him play?

McGee is a mid-tier talent in the NBA today, let alone historically. I’m glad you have a pet player, but this is as baseless and embarrassing a call as I’ve heard since my friend made the claim that Elden Campbell was the best power forward in the NBA.

Naw that wasn’t me. I think it was Taylor.
