Kobe Bryant’s Amazing Clutch Shots, Dunk vs Raptors (VIDEO)

Kobe was unconscious.

Kobe would not let the Lakers fall to the Raptors Friday night at Staples Center, as he hit three nearly impossible treys to force OT, and sealed it with a ferocious two-handed dunk in the extra period. Thanks to Kobe’s singular (and second consecutive!) 40/10 performance, L.A. is over .500 for the first time since November.

LeBron is way better than Kobe, but LeBron can’t do things like that…..the Heat just give the ball to dwade anyway if they need shots like that….crazy

  • Ken

oh my god that man is something else.

  • Jer dawg

That’s defense was pitiful letting Kobe jog in for a easy bucket. What passiveness by the Craptors. I blame the Lakers for a miserable team effort and allowing Kobe to beat a crap team. He’s going to wear out come playoffs. I hope I’m wrong, but this team the management put together isn’t good at all! Great teams make at least 10+ winning streaks several times per season and get blowouts every 5 or so games. I’ve seen Lakers make those runs in the past leading to championships. This isn’t happening this season and it will become a waste of his brilliance. F u Lakers!

Wow Raptors, great defense on that last play…

  • Ben Ireland

How do you not foul on that last play? Hell, how do you not jump? His layup against Atlanta was exactly this situation almost, except Atlanta contested… C’mon Raptors, give yourselves a chance at least !

this proves Kobe>Jordan…when it comes to playing the Rapptors lol

  • theDankerNuggets

Kobe must love playing the Raptors

At 34 years old, been in the league for 17 years. WOW.

  • james

shut the hell up and just enjoy it

Imagine what a lot of other young dudes would be if they had Kobe’s work ethic. He is the product of relentless work on his skill set and fitness EVERY single year. Most of these young cats get by on athleticism alone.

The Raps were playing great all game man. Kobe just blacked out in the end of regulation and OT. Deflated the Raps completely. So disappointing to watch.

Its scary how much he can raise his level of play.. as if it wasn;t above everyone else before.

  • AndyK415

Exactly! That’s what I was saying and someone disliked the comment?

no, actually I’ve had to work quite hard to acquire this much sissiness

Otherworldly performances from Kobe to beat Raptors and the Hornets. Still, Lakers needed otherworldly performances from Kobe to beat Raptors and the Hornets.

  • Where are all the Kobe haters now…Proof that he needs to score big numbers and have 4-5+ assists for the Lakers to win. But have to give some props so Dwight Howards sneaky play on that dunk from Kobe. Dwight held Rudy Gay’s jersey so that Rudy couldnt try to block Kobe lol. He was lucky that he wasnt called for it though…

  • Max

Lebron makes sure he’s not in these kind of situations.

As stone cold a killer as there ever was in the league. Gonna miss him when he’s gone.

i know usually a .500 team should not be considered but last night performance along with what greg anthony said mamba should be M-VP this year! period!

  • robb

It pisses me off. All his effort, all his great performances to get the Lakers in the playoffs and for what? Their defense is terrible, Mike D’antoni can’t adjust sh*t to save his life. They go against the Spurs they’ll get swept. It just pisses me off man, Kobe’s killing himself out there, Dwight’s trying to get his game back, Nash’s adjusting his game so he can be effective, but the coaching staff can’t come up with an effective way to play D and to make the simplest adjustments?

Nobody in the history of the NBA has hit more high degree of difficulty jumpers than Kobe. Contested triple pump fake fadeway 3 pointer? Book it!

yup i can imagine how his legs feel after games

  • AndyK415

Where was the defense on that last play?

  • Lloyd

Told you…Kobe had the Raps shook completely in the last couple minutes. Dude was hitting everything. They were solid the whole game though.

  • Sérgio

    Unbelievable. That’s all.

  • TheBigCire

how about jordan? 1on1, doubleteam, tripleteam, how about that? history? tell that to jordan

  • http://twitter.com/_DFrance DFrance

Even Jordan. MJ was a master at creating space to get his shot off, he rarely had to take the type of crazy shots Kobe takes. And I’m talking jumpshots here. Kobe in a league of his own.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=509819249 Gaurav P.

The Lakers had no business winnning that game.

  • TheBigCire

you know what? kobe always forcing his shot come on! its come out to ur mouth that mj was a master at creating space and that was impressive ur just a fantard bro.
