Nate Robinson Mocks Steve Novak Again With Celebration (VIDEO)

Double-checks on discount.

The Nate Robinson/Steve Novak beef is still very much on. Lil’ Nate pulled off Novak’s double-discount check celebration after hitting a three midway through the fourth quarter last night, as his 35 points led the Chicago Bulls to a big 118-111 overtime victory (which snapped the New York Knicks’ 13-game winning streak.)

Little Nathaniel is at it again…

  • Max

Must be one of the funnest dudes in the L to hang around with.

  • spit hot fiyah

this is the nba equivalent of jay-z/nas beef

  • KoloradoKobe

More like Chris Brown vs. Drake. hahahaha

I wish a team would put some faith in Nate. Accept the occasional blunder in exchange for nights like this. He’s proven that he can go off at any moment, but sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad but it’s always exciting. Lol

  • Yesse

He is not Derrick Rose, but man has he been doing a great job filling the point guard spot.

Really? Seems like an annoying jacka** to me. Always yapping/having a Napoleon complex

Nah, watch State of Nate, he’s a funny dude.

  • mike

    state of nate!

  • TBRK

seriously, at any moment he can give a team 30+ any given night…..at 5’8″ that puts him in a category with only 1 other player in NBA history imo…dude is a freak talent, I wish it would be respected more often…..not only that, he’s a hound on the defensive end

  • spit hot fiyah

i disagree, i think we all know that if novak would have chosen the rap game over basketball, he would be a lock for top 10 rapper of all-time. Big Daddy Novakaine

I remember having a conversation with a friend of mine debating that the Celtics were genius for signing him in 2010 and he was saying it would kill their chemistry. Needless to say Nate was one of several reasons the Celtics were one game away from winning the Finals that year.

Someone has to explain to me how a 5’8″ dude ever gets a shot off in the nba. It doesn’t seem possible.

  • LakeShow

His vertical and ability to fade away make it possible.

    corn

  • http://twitter.com/Jzakoni Sanchez

    that vertical is insane

    ol nate robinson azz

  • http://www.reverbnation.com/savagemuzicgroup T-Ray

Also the combination of his quickness.

  • bike

No doubting his otherworldly athletic ability but..still 5’8″? I just don’t see how he ever gets a good look at the rim. Ever.

  • LakeShow

    No way.
Annoying yes, he’ll f*ck wit you. But he is a chill dude from all I have heard.

  • LakeShow

I’m not saying it’s not amazing, but we see it at the park all the time.
5’5″ dude schools the 6’5″ guy.
Gotta remember Nate’s quicker than 95% of the L too.

  • LP

35 points! Wish we could see the knicks in the playoffs….

  • KoloradoKobe

LOL. Damn, Spit, whatever you’re putting in your bowl, I need to get some.

I’m a Cs fan and I was disappointed that they didn’t resign him. He brings instant energy even without the scoring. Crowds just love to root for him.

I just remembered him and Big Baby having their Shrek/Donkey moment in Game 3. Good times, even if I was cheering for their opponent.

I’m a Laker fan and I was shocked they didn’t resign him. I agree 100% with you that he is instant energy.

  • http://www.reverbnation.com/savagemuzicgroup T-Ray

My thoughts exactly. Even though I was hating it I loved seeing the cohesion of that second unit and the chemistry Nate and Big Baby had.

  • Teddy-the-Bear

Indeed, he would have been the fourth member of 3rd Bass.

  • Joebleep

I will miss Nate If he will not resign with the Bulls next year. Very fun to watch
