Paul George Dunks in Chris Bosh’s Face (VIDEO)

PG with yet another poster.

Indiana Pacers forward Paul George tore through the Miami Heat defense and threw down a monster dunk on Chris Bosh’s dome. LeBron James then came right back, and silenced the delirious Pacers crowd by nailing a three.

    Oh my Bosh

  • pposse

so the two other guys you give 110 plus mill contracts to ride the bench in the fourth quarter. Spectacular coaching job by Spo this guy is a genius, he needs to coach the bulls. There needs to be a coach Spo on every NBA teams sidelines

  • Respect

Every time Paul George dunks on someone, Lebron answers with a 3

  • dannyb

So what? I can probably dunk on Chris Bosh and I can’t even dunk.

What do you expect him to do? In no way shape or form am I defending Spo but when guys aren’t performing for what seems like the entire series now, you have to make a change. Miller gave them a spark (albeit a brief one).

  • Conor

Using Bosh in an Ilgauskas/arc-stretch four role is a mistake.

  • pposse

right, the Heat should try and keep Bosh’s offense as close to the bucket as possible; stretching him out all the way to the three pt line makes no sense. You have your biggest guy shooting and bricking three’s no one is even under the hoop to try and get an offense rebound other then Lebron. I thought Bosh had a decent low post game, i dont know anymore since its been non existent for what seems to be years now. At least if he’s attacking from closer there’s a chance he can draw fouls on Indiana bigs.

I hear that, and he almost looked like a genius, but then when it didn’t work, he became a fool. Honestly, I would have came with Mike Miller a lot earlier in the game. Probably gave him some action in the third quarter when they were getting man handled. Normally Wade and Bosh would have came in at the 8 min mark, but the Heat were making a run without them. That run stopped around the 6 min mark, he should have been more alert and put them in around then instead of waiting until there is 4 mins left. “Momentum” was still up for grabs during this stretch from the 6-4 min mark, but seriously Ray Allen Norris Cole Bron, Miller and Anthony?! wtf THAT reminded me of Cleveland. And plus Ray Allen shouldn’t even be allowed to dribble, he can’t even make entry passes cleanly into the post anymore.

Wades attitude has been pretty upsetting lately, his body language is too lackadaisical and no one is telling him anything. Bosh has been completely misused too. If Spo had a pair, he would be seen scolding Wade on the side line on numerous occassions or just bench him more often. Bosh shooting 3′s is stupid, he needs to be in the low post getting buckets and drawing fouls on indie bigs. Too bad he wasn’t doing that all year long, and Spo needs to dig in on Bosh and demand he get some damn rebounds.

Man I love what’s going on with PG vs Lebron.
I think this series could do wonders for his confidence and bring him up to superstar level.

  • Max

Sam Young apperently tought the same thing.

miami is def sweating right about now.

I think he trying to motivate them to play better…… The bench is the best motivator…. A good tactic by an average to below average coach….. It may work… I just can’t see both of them playing as awful again

you would think so, but you hear what Wade had to say after the game…”We’ve got to do a better job of making sure me and Chris can have opportunities to succeed.” – wtf is that?! I mean someone needs to control this man, Lebron can’t/ won’t and Spo can’t either. These type of quotes and his body language make him come off as a cancer to the team, idk if this is really the case, but it has to be the perception at this point.

To Bosh’s credit he took ownership of his awful play. I too don’t think they will be this bad in game 7, but it won’t shock me if Paul George lights these guys up either and steal game 7.

Marv Albert change the phrase to “serving up a facial – no homo”:D

great dunk but it looked like a travel to me

“He almost looked like a genius, but then when it didn’t work, he became a fool.”

Process should never be confused with result. The intelligence behind a decision does not necessarily determine its outcome. In other words, just because something fails, doesn’t mean you were an idiot for attempting it.

When I say this live, I thought he was going to lay it up. Man this kid continues to impress me.

hindsight is 20 20. I fully understand this. So yes, at the time it seemed like the right thing to do. But now, in hindsight the error in Spo’s ways should be clear. The Pacers did go on a 7-0 run over like a 2 minute span before Spo got the timeout and subbed back in his two all stars.

What i’m saying is that it really should never be about in game adjustments when your talking about the Heat and the big three. Don’t you think that you have to ride those guys for the good or the bad no matter what? I mean the fools gold that Mike Miller provided for a brief second shouldn’t sway anyone’s opinions; Wade and Bosh have to be in there no matter what. It seems like Wade is pissed that his coach lost confidence in him and the coach doesn’t really know how to tell his players the errors in their ways.

    count = 2

“Don’t you think that you have to ride those guys for the good or the bad no matter what?”

I understand that perspective, but injury is the ultimate wildcard in sports. Wade and Bosh were actively hurting the team while they were out there. Hell, Duncan was benched at the end of a game against Golden State because the matchups didn’t favour him.

IF that was LeBron yall would vilify him for walking lol…

  • Conor

I thought it was too, but the delayed gather after the final dribble is what makes it tricky. George allowed the ball to linger in the air ahead of him as he was able to take another step-and-a-half towards the basket.

I thought it was a travel too, but it actually looks good upon closer inspection.

  • i_ball

I agree it is tricky. I watched it a couple of times and couldn’t decide if it is a travel. It would be a shame if they called though:)
