Like Isaiah Thomas. Last pick in the draft turned himself into a solid starting PG in the league.

    Like original Zeke better

its too bad that Tony can’t convert his summer play into anything when games that means something start.

Yep! Lot of ballers in the NBA like that these days. Which is what happens when you go to the NBA before you learn how to play the game the right way. Glorified AAU is what is has become. Jerry West told me last year that there are starters in the league today that wouldn’t make a roster in the 70′s and 80′s. We all know that but for a guy like him to say it just shows you how bad the league is now.

Seems weird that with all the talent in Seattle and no NBA, the summer leagues get hardly any support. Dyckman park in NY gets 3000 ppl with d3 talent playing. No Brandon Roy footage, haha

Jamaal Crawford is gonna 50 years old at the local Y, still crossing fools over.

    Let’s not exaggerate.

Maybe in the mid-to-late-80′s, but not the 70′s. The NBA was a farce during the late 70′s.

I mean, as a Lakers fan, I question whether a historically great player like Gail Goodrich would be more than a backup scorer in the modern NBA. Amongst others.
