Kobe Bryant is Now Running Again (VIDEO)

The Mamba is on the move.

A mere four months after suffering a season-ending Achilles tendon tear, a very determined Kobe Bryant is now able to run on a treadmill, as he pushes to return to the basketball court by Opening Night.

Good for Kobe. I hope he can get back to his old self.

    Three months ahead.

KOBE’s return 3 months ahead. Many reasons why.Hear my interview with SHAQ and his thoughts on KOBE’s return on ESPN this Wed at 7PM.

Kobe makes the anti-gravity treadmill therapy tougher by insisting the air being blown in is – 80 degrees F. “Makes it hurt. And causes shrinkage” Kobe quipped.

What did you expect to happen?

Again, hope he knows what he’s doing. He has nothing to prove to anyone. We all know about his toughness. Last thing any basketball fan wants to see is him limping off the court and never returning.

No surprise there. Running 3-4 months after the surgery is normal. Would have been interesting to see how he deals with increased incline though, that’s where the limping and soreness comes in.
