Dwyane Wade Leads Heat Past Clippers (VIDEO)

LeBron James was slowed by back spams after diving for a loose ball in the first quarter, so it fell on Dwyane Wade to take over against the visiting LA Clippers. Wade lit it up to the tune of 29 points and 7 assists, pushing the Miami Heat to a 102-97 win.

He was great this game even tho he missed 2 easy shots at the rim.
    Felt good watching this DWade.

Wonder how many games he’ll sit out after this one.

<– doesn't understand why Chris Paul was left to guard Dwyane Wade on so many possessions last night. That shouldn't be happening.

The only other really decent option the Clippers could have assigned to Wade is Matt Barnes. But to be honest, they shoulda went with a zone, or just doubled him. Playing defense against Wade straight up one on one is a challenge for most players.

D-Wade is still the most slept on superstar to me, he may battle injuries a lot but he is still a threat and IMO the best SG in the league

Im with you.. I never fell for that harden bs. Wade plays both ends still at a high enough level to be considered the best. Replace Wade with Harden on Houston and I believe he would have better numbers..

if he’s healthy anyway… big if.

it’s not that decent of an option if Wade goes for 29 and Paul goes for 12. I’d rather the best offensive player in the league (to this point), be free to focus on offense, and rest on Mario Chalmers/Norris Cole on defense.

but jj and crawford are horrible defenders. plus, barnes is occupied with bron.

Def saw a lot of Chemistry w/ Wade and Birdman in those clips…Flash is still nasty when he’s healthy. And it doo-dooed on JJ Reddick…couldn’t happen to a nicer douce bag….#ACChate

    *And “he” I meant

Redick is not a horrible defender. he has been at least average for the last few years. Statistically he was very solid last year.

lool. but the eye test says he’s a horrible defender

I think that’s the skin test that says that. Or the college sample test. Lol
