Fan Walks Onto Court During Cavs Game Wearing ‘Kyrie Don’t Leave’ Shirt (VIDEO)

C’mon, man.

A quick message to the kid who wondered onto the floor during Saturday night’s Cavs-Clippers game wearing a shirt that said “Kyrie Don’t Leave”: bum-rushing the court in the middle of a game will not keep Kyrie Irving in Cleveland. We promise.

wow their security is terrible, the fan could’ve done all sorts of things to the players with the amount of time he was on the court

No one is going to assassinate an nba player

  • spit hot fiyah

say that to bison dele’s family

  • spit hot fiyah

i would like his address so i can walk in to his house with a t-shirt that says: restricted free agency

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

let me clarify no one is going to rob or murder an nba player while laying… off the court different story

  • spit hot fiyah

yeah that would seem unlikely. injuring someone is not out of the question though. there are some crazy ones out there

  • That Dude

The stupidity of youth. Why give yourself a juvenile record just to do that. It will be a burden to your future and for what? So the pro ball team in your city has a good player? SMFH

  • VictorDeLaWood

Blake Griffin was back peddling while CP3 looked like he was saying “what’s wrong with you boy!” Glad nothing crazy happened, but if fans keep getting on the court this easy it’s only a matter of time.

  • Sergio

Well, with the way dude has been playing this season, he should be happy that the fans did not try to beat him up…

  • Mike Gilbert

Cleveland fans seem to be doing everything they can to get him to leave

  • Ugh

I can’t see why he’d be charged – no assault, presumably a first time offence and it’s only an NBA game. At most I’d expect a public nuisance charge with no conviction recorded.

  • Ugh

That’s baseless. Why wouldn’t someone murder an NBA celebrity when murders happen to celebrities who work in other fields? Dimebag from Pantera got shot on stage by a guy with serious mental illness issues who blamed him for breaking up his favourite band – imagine what people with gambling addictions are capable of if they blame a player for them losing their house, family, job etc.

  • Ugh

    Also: Monica Seles.

“everybody on top of that quickly”

    gonna have to disagree.

  • robb

There are so many crazy guys out there, you’d be surprised.

  • robb

It could happen, unfortunately. Dimebag’s murder was exactly 9 years ago by the way. RIP.

  • Caboose

Same thing happened a little while ago in Cleveland, fan walked on with a “We Miss You, LeBron” shirt. Honestly, the Cavs’ security deserves some kind of disciplinary action because this really does keep happening.

Look underneath I gave statement a context

  • Ugh

This ‘context’ doesn’t make your baseless statement less baseless. You just added an equally baseless qualifier.

Also, see: Monica Seles and Dimebag Darrell.

I was just about to ask that actually…is it actually against the law do that? Walking inside the court of an ongoing game?
