7 foot shooting guard, sh1t is unreal.

  • Fan of the game

An unreal baller for sure. Like young KG in Minnesota.
Who would you take at the same age?

  • Dfrance

I’m a KG stan so you know where I’m going. It’d be a tough choice, but I think KG was even more unique of a player, plus what he gives you on the defensive side of the ball and leadership wise, Durant can’t match.

  • Fan of the game

Yes, agreed. KG had the defense, passing, leadership, handles, low post moves, etc. Plus, a talented PF/C usually supersedes a G/F (unless it is MJ).

Young KG was an absolute freak of nature. It was a shame that he wasted a majority of his career with an awful franchise. Mad respect for him staying loyal to that team.

  • Dfrance

He was a beast and I don’t think he gets enough credit for getting those TWolves teams in the playoffs year after year. The best player he played with that was in their prime at the same time as him was Wally Szcerebiadkdhsfhdak.

  • Fan of the game

My favourite TWolves team was 03-04 (Sam I Am and Spree). KG had his best game in Game 7.

  • http://soundcloud.com/tray-8 T-Ray

I agree and that’s sad. That was probably the most well deserved MVP award that has ever been given.

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

The best cast they got him was spree and cassell.

Marbury, Terrell Brandon were great individual talents but not for the team concept. However, I never understood how KG was in the same league as Duncan. Put kg on the spurs and Duncan on wolves. Kg couldn’t make tp or Manu. But Duncan woulda taken Wally zerbiack to championship parade.

  • Dfrance

Totally disagree with you on the Duncan/KG thing and I’ll just leave it at that.

Are you serious? Nobody and I mean NOBODY could have taken that team to the finals and actually win it. KG took that team to the WCF and ran into the buzz saw known as the Lakers, as did the Spurs. If KG had been on those Spurs teams he would’ve have won titles just like Duncan.

name one player garnett made an allstar minus wally (and thats arguable like mo williams)… Duncan developed no namers…. pop does get credit too but duncans gamebetter suited for pops system

Duncan did not develop no namers. These no namers you speak of were the beneficiaries of a system that allowed everyone to flourish. Gregg Popovich is a HUGE reason for those no namers’ success. You think if those Spurs teams had Flip Saunders as a coach instead of Pop they would’ve had the same success? I don’t think so.

i edited my post before i saw your. No one disagrees with that, but high post playing garnett wasnt gonna do what duncan did with robinson. Also, duncan game better suited for pops system

Ahh no problem. Although Garnett was primarily at the high post his low post game is highly underrated when looking at his career in Minny.

    probably followed by troy hudson

bro i see you are an aspiring rapper. During my days of ignorance, Here are my top 7 lyricist:

    1. Cameron Giles

    2. Brother Ali

    3. Jayceon Taylor (up to the mixtape brake lights. YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS and all his diss joints were classics)

    4. West Philly Freck Billionaire

    5.Papoose

    6. Chamilitary Chamillionaire

    7. SODMG MTV RIFF RAFF

Honorable Mention: Nasir Jones and Lil Wayne (only carters and early mixtapes.)

Bro but my reality is different. you need check out these brothers who speak the Truth (Holy Qur’an) (listen to there voices):

    1. Sheik Salah Al Budhair (Medinah Imam) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlJwqXby8Fw

    2. Sheik Adel Alkalbani (Mecca Imam) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKlwWUm0oLE

    3. Egypts Muhammad Hassan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EKfJ3xW5Pk

Haha I’m not an aspiring rapper it’s just a hobby. I also play the guitar and the keyboard just to culture myself. And just because you listened to those artists and that music didn’t make you ignorant it’s just preference. I’ve watched/listened to a lot of those links you posted to sample in songs.

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

Bro do not sample those are not songs. Arab money was a foolish effort by a 7 percenter.

But real talk we need freestyle battle.

Name your top 7 lyrcists ( I forget to add Frenchie off So Icy entertainment and Immortal technique), but reallness Freck Billionaire is the most underrated rapper ever to enter the game.I didn’t mean ignorant as in not knowledgable. The ruthless cut throatness mentality of the rap culture helped me excel in academia.

I mean ignorance as in not knowing the absolute nature of reality of the human project. What the origin was what the end will be.

  • http://soundcloud.com/tray-8 T-Ray

Yeah I figured that out after sampling lol I haven’t done it since. Ahh gotcha. I don’t really have a top list of anything when regarding hip hop because it’s all subjective to me and really depends on the mood I’m in. Some days I may play Drake, the next Kendrick, Pusha T, Game, Ab Soul, DJ Quik or others. And some days I may put on some James Blake, Florence Welch or Lana Del Rey. I tend to not look at hip hop (or any other genre for that matter) as a list if you know what I mean. I enjoy it all.

  • PatRileyistheMan

Brother Ali sucks. And Riff Raff? That’s a joke right?

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

I don’t listen to music anymore so i am unaware of the current reality but he and immortal tech were underground poets.

Nah riff raff goes superhard he doesn’t portray a story well but his ability to freestyle is off the charts pure random unrecycled bars from what ive witnessed. he does that for apparently every song he records.

u may not like his style but homie is tough… but i don’t listen music anymore. Only listen the Holy Qur’an from different reciters of all ethnicities and backgrounds. However, its wrong for an individual to profit of beautiful voice in recitation because intentions aren’t clean.

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

lol i feel that. realness though i was a fan of trap music. The aggressivness do or die mentality created that makalevian ideology which helps succeed in the material life and reputation but detracts from pursuit of truth

What’s the difference between an investment banker and a rapper?… Only ones really a criminal and it aint the rapper

  • PatRileyistheMan

Well, I’ll just say Brother Ali’s first couple albums were miles ahead of his last few. I saw him perform in a terrible venue last year, and I had to leave because the combination of terrible venue + terrible new songs was just too much.

Every single Riff Raff verse I’ve heard is terrible. Never have I heard a single clever line, but that may be because I just tune him out because his flow is even more garbage. It becomes like white noise its so wack.

Peep One Be Lo, formerly OneManArmy of Binary Star. He’s the dopest underground lyricist I know of. And he’s Muslim, so you’ll probably like that.

  • PatRileyistheMan

That dunk at ~20 seconds just looks so filthy.

  • http://soundcloud.com/tray-8 T-Ray

    Lol real talk.

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

Bro but realness though bro you only die once. This world is like a venus fly trap.

You know one time Life asked death why people hate you so much and love me so much. Death said because you are a beautiful lie and I am the painful truth.

The one running in the opposite direction may look crazy while the herd is running off the cliff.

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

you want to see grotesque search James White

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

No bro I am not a muslim apologist. If you look at the source books of Islam you’ll see the prohibitions of music. However, I do not intend to expose sinfulness of any human being.

The definition of being a muslim is different than calling your self muslim. Interestingly the 5 pillars of Islam, the 2nd pillar praying 5 times a day is adhered by what percentage of the 1billion+ muslim population. Islam is perfect humans aren’t. May the Uncreated Creator guide all free willed species onto the absolute truth.

  • PatRileyistheMan

I still remember him versus David Lee in high school. He can get up. I’m just liking the style KD throws down with there. Angry at the rim almost.

  • AddingVelocityDontTellMe

idk if you remember that james white slam oynx mixtape… But bro BILL WALKER was the dunking OG at 15. He’s better than vince carter because even after like how many acl injuries the homey was setting it off

  • PatRileyistheMan

Word. Well thats too bad you don’t listen to music anymore, because OneBeLo rips.
