I had flash backs of Jason Williams on that one pull-up from way outside after dribbling past half. 5 ft cushion? Screw the offence, I got this. Man I miss White Chocolate.

Good to see him gaining his confidence back!

This team needs to use him like JJ Reddik

Jimmer having BYU flashbacks i can only hope the Kings don’t SH*T on him anymore after this performance

I want to see this guy get out the Sacramento and go somewhere where they would actually try to use him. He has some skills- well, specifically, one very good skill- and maybe he could be a JJ Barea-type scoring point off the bench.

He looks like Frodo out there.

I really enjoyed watching Jimmer play in college. Some of the shots he took – and made – at BYU were ridiculous.

Plus, it was the closest I’ve seen a high-level hoops team play the “Just pass it to Will” offense.

YES. I knew Jimmer could do this.
Put him on a team that minimizes his defensive shortcomings. He’s capable of getting buckets!!!!

Except JJ Reddick is actually a decent underrated defender.

    Great Fresh Prince reference!

Jimmer is the stone cold goods . One of the best scorers in the NBA
Sacdemento and their mgt is pure WHACK.
Dude needs to go to a team that will let him go to town..
besides windmill dunks there is Nothing he cant do offensively. Great passer, Great floor General, Great penetrator, great handles (can take you left or right )and the best 3pt Shooter on the planet …bar none.
Scary thing is he just keeps improving.

me too ..I miss J WIll bigtime—-i saw a you tube Vid of himrecently playing in China and he still is a freak.
Fredette can be almost as fun to watch cause of where he shoots it from…and his ankle breaking crossovers and spin moves…

Jimmer is a completely different player than Redick. Redick is bigger and probably a little stronger (though Jimmer is definitely not weak), but he can’t create for himself or others very well. He’s really good off the ball and is great at catching and shooting.

Jimmer is much better at creating for himself, and he’s getting better at creating for teammates, though he’s not great yet. He’s above average with catching and shooting, but he’s a lot better off the dribble with pick-and-rolls or pull ups.

Basically, JJ’s skill set is much more useful for a 2-guard, and Jimmer’s is better for a scoring point guard, which is why they play those positions.
