MSG: Where Spying on Larry Brown Happens

by Marcel Mutoni

Every principal actor in the Knicks’ epic fall from grace has played their role this season. From upper management, the head coach, the starting point guard, right down to the ushers in the World’s Most Shameless. And now, it’s Larry Brown’s turn to throw himself into the mix. I guess he was feeling left out.

The wildly unpopular former coach, in the February edition of Philadelphia Magazine, says the Knicks regularily spied on him and others during his disastrous 2005-2006 tenure.

“Imagine when you get to work, they don’t talk to you. They had security people standing close to me in press conferences, and spies throughout the arena.”

Of course, these allegations against the paranoid Knick front office are nothing new. MSG is just a strange, toxic place all around.

Good news, everyone: Larry Brown says he wants to coach again. Why aren’t you happier? Haters.

larry brown might be the only person in the world who could make this knicks team even more dysfunctional

I’d like to see Larry Brown coach the Heat. They would turn their fortunes around and go undefeated for the rest of the season.

I’d like to see Larry Brown coach the. . . no, that’s right, I wouldn’t want to see him coaching anyone in the NBA. He’s done in this league, unless of course he can suck it up and give the young guys a little shine.

Has the situation at MSG reached the point where nothing is unbelievable? If they found the Holy Grail in Starbury’s bag would anyone be shocked? Or if it was revealed that Isiah was America’s greatest secret agent would that not explain so many of his actions? As for Larry the Wanderer, I’m certain he’s looking at Chicago or Jersey as places ripe for his style of coaching i.e. they’re such a mess if he can get them 10+ more wins, he’s a genius once again.

I love Larry Brown. We know it was the team that was evil and not him. The knicks are possesed by something evil.

When I went to MSG, I noticed a spy in the men’s bathroom stalls. He kept hittin my foot with his foot. It was weird.
