Allen Iverson Can’t Sell His Philly Home

Records say Iverson bought the house for $5 million in 2003, and listed it for $6.3 million; he’s now asking for $4 million. Iverson’s home has been on the market since the 76ers traded him in December 2006.

    This isn’t really a housing market issues. Pro athletes who change addresses always get screwed on homes. The buyers know the athlete has no use for the home and doesn’t want to be bothered with it, so the first action is a lowball offer.
