Jose Calderon Will Not Back Down from Physical Play

“We’ve got to fight everybody, we have to fight for 48 minutes and forget about who we play and where we play,” Calderon said after the Laker game. “I think we’re going to be a pretty good team, we have to keep working, be patient. We just have to concentrate for 48 minutes.”

    T.Dot doesn’t have swagger. I’m from Toronto and our people are too nice haha. The Jose that gave up his starting spot to a disgruntled teammate..THAT was T-Dot. Jose is just realizing that being nice gets you nowhere in the L. Intensity, toughness, and grit are synonymous in the NBA. To be a fierce competitor, you gotta be a jerk ON the court or people will step all over you

    its awsome to see Jose play with that intensity…the Raps needs to shake the nice guy person on the court…and I think the JO has helped that a bit

    Jose definitely has some toughness but I’ll bet it has more to do with Madrid (or wherever he’s from in Spain) than the TDot. I picked him up as a FA in both my fantasy leagues last year, yeah that worked out pretty good…but, this year Ramon Sessions is that dude.

Swag is something Mr. 416 just made up. Okay, right now there are so many posers in Toronto. I’m not saying you are one, but there are definitely huge, huge posers. Seriously I know this might not be the best example, but look at Kardinall Offishall. The dude can’t rap worth sh!t, but he thinks he’s got “swag”. Come on now, we all know the only real hip hop Toronto produced was Main Source. Now that was real swag.
    Anyways, Toronto is a beautiful, great city. Its cool and its definitely the best city in Canada, in my opinion. But there are so many posers, who think they have “T-Dot swagg” that ruin Toronto’s realness.
    If you can make sense from what I said. If you can’t, I don’t blame you.
    I was not dissing you, so don’t take offense.

If you’re a rapper in T.O. you best have lyrics… shooot, if you’re a hustler or WHATEVER, you best got the money to show for it. Swag?
