Worthy of Your Attention

by Marcel Mutoni

There are 11 games on tap tonight; here are four that you should pay close attention to.

Phoenix @ New Orleans: Though it’s no longer debatable as to who the best point guard in the League is (sorry, gents), it’s still fun to watch Chris Paul and Steve Nash go at it.

The struggling Suns were recipients of a verbal lashing from their coach, and it’ll be interesting to see how they respond tonight.

Lakers @ Sixers: I can’t wait to hear how Phil reacts to Bynum’s criticism. Young Andrew will learn soon enough that it’s never wise to engage in any sort of verbal sparring with the Zen Master.

Both teams are coming off tough games from last night – with the Sixers winning in overtime against the Bulls – so the key to victory will be which of these squads will be able to maintain a high energy level in the fourth quarter.

Miami @ Utah
: The Heat have quickly transformed themselves from the gong-show they were last season, into one of the more enjoyable teams to watch this year. And of course, it doesn’t hurt that D-Wade is playing out his mind these days.

Memphis @ Atlanta: I’ve got three words for you regarding this one: League Pass Banger™.
