We all probably find this hilarious, but I’d give my left-nut to be on an NBA roster, even if only for 2 hours!

And, as Paul Shirley mentions trying in his book (Can I Keep My Jersey?), I’d grab as much free gear (shorts, jerseys, balls) as I could!

Great so the Raps can sign him again right? Wait a minute no one cares. Doh.

I really liked Adams when he was with the Nets. Basically a power foward with a two guard height. Hopefully he’ll be on another squad soon.

These 12th and 13th guys puzzle. Why doesn’t Adams focus exclusively on becoming a lock down defender? Or a three point gunner? I watched Adams as a Raps fan and thought this several times. He had no specialty. Shouldn’t these guys, knowing their all around game gets them traded, cut, released, waived, understand the value of the specialized skill??! Or was that just a tangent.

    haha Squirrel…great book

  • Jess Posted: Jan.8 at 1:44 pm
@ JoeMaMa..he was supposed to be a lock down defender for the Raps..thats what they said when we signed him…although only getting to play in the odd bit of garbage time doesnt exactly give you a chance to enhance your skills…I wasnt thinking this was gonna be the Raps first move..I think Will should be sent packing..please bring back Carlos Delfino.

  • JoeMaMa Posted: Jan.8 at 2:07 pm
bring back Vincenzo Esposito. And Tabak to rebound for him.

Just discovered his (Shirley’s) ESPN column too, so I’ll be checking up on that now.

  • wilz Posted: Jan.9 at 1:21 pm
