Jason Richardson Accused Of DUI
Just 30 miles from Charles Barkley’s DUI arrest, Jason Richardson was charged with suspicion of drunk driving. The police officer cited Richardson with a blood alcohol level above .08 and failure to drive in one lane.
The Arizona Republic has the report:
Phoenix Suns guard Jason Richardson was accused by police of driving under the influence of alcohol when he was stopped Dec. 21 by a Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community officer.
Richardson was stopped at 2:48 a.m. at the Loop 101 freeway and Thomas Road, according to citation filed at West Mesa Justice Court. He also was accused of failure to drive in one lane and speeding.
News broke this afternoon, but police stopped JRich on the freeway over two weeks ago. He was driving 10 mph above the speed limit in his 2008 Mercedes Benz.
In related news, Antoine Walker, who was also driving a Mercedes, was arrested at an ungodly hour today on DUI accusations. Seriously, athletes need to learn to call a taxi or have a friend drive them home.

We prefer to call them John and Lance.

He should have had one of his brothers driving him so this did not happen.
No excuse for this but Arizona seems to have some ridiculous cops out there and their Sheriff is insane.
I can’t believe that this man is allowed to operate.
I would never live, visit or drive anywhere near Arizona.
