LeBron is the Chosen One.

Few would dispute that LeBron James has been “Chosen.” Chosen to be a high school phenom that has thus far been able to meet, if not exceed, ridiculously high expectations? Check. Chosen to be one of the most athletically gifted ballers anyone can remember? Check. Chosen to be the face of the NBA? Check. Chosen to be the best who ever did it? He’s quite a few rings away, but he’s still many months away from his 25th birthday. Damn. — Adam Fleischer

Youngest to show the world the crab dribble. Is this getting old yet?

  • Collin Posted: Feb.5 at 4:14 pm
the crab dribble definitely got old

  • J.Deneer Posted: Feb.5 at 4:14 pm
    No.

    ‘Bron has crabs?

  • mike Posted: Feb.5 at 4:49 pm
No Sebastian. LeBron has a pet crab named “dribble” or something like that.

    New screensaver! Cool.

  • Russ Bengtson Posted: Feb.5 at 5:24 pm
It looks like he got “CHOSEN” tattooed on there, then added the “1″ later, since it extends further and hangs lower. Why do NBA players get such awful ink?

  • underdog Posted: Feb.5 at 5:31 pm
Ryan, you really use pictures of half naked men as screensaver?

  • Tapion786 Posted: Feb.5 at 5:33 pm
He’s got a ton more ink now. For his next tat, he should get a crab covering his back

  • Chendaddy Posted: Feb.5 at 6:01 pm
chosen to do what? win basketball games and sell sneakers? jordan did that already. lebron better cover up that tattoo until he transcends the game and shapes society like jackie robinson and muhammad ali did.

  • Ulee Posted: Feb.5 at 6:11 pm
He should get a tat of a crab with a crown on dribbling a basketball.

I think the reason the “1″ is lower is because his left arm is raised. You see, the ink is IN your skin and if you move your arm it moves as well. The ink looks fine.

  • Justin Walsh Posted: Feb.6 at 1:32 pm
albert, russ is right, the ink is uneven. yes, the one smoothly curves down, but if you look at the lowest point of the one as opposed to the lowest point on the c, it’s not even, regardless of arm movement. bad layout.

  • Ryan Jones Posted: Feb.6 at 2:12 pm
I rest easy in the knowledge that, the next time Russ sees LeBron, he will point this out.

  • Joey E. Posted: Feb.7 at 1:35 am
his tat is fine. check it out here: http://www.happyasianguy.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/lebron.jpg

  • Nate James Posted: Feb.10 at 11:00 pm
joey e why would you search that.
` its still a horrible tat. i think just the word chosen would have been better.
i still dont think he is the chosen one. he got lucky by being a huge person. (not huge as in fat) i mean when he plays good teams and stuff, or kobe he doesnt play well. ya he may score 55 points. but against the knicks! holy sh!t! thats crazy! they have good D!!…. not.
