Everyone was not only impressed with Dwight Howards’ incredible showing at the 2008 Slam Dunk Contest, but also with the way the young center was bullying his way into place as one of the League’s best. We thought he was Superman because of his famous dunk. Flying over a city? Now that’s impressive.—Adam Fleischer

    Dwight is supposedly creative and a goofy fun loving big man-child kid at heart forever but really doesn’t have a nickname of his own, when there used to be big men in the NBA who would name every one of their dunks a new nickname. Chocolate Thunder D.Dawkins right? Step it up Dwight!

    no it wasnt, at all, he got crappy marks for the sticker, the year he won was the the cape and the “dunk” that was actually a throwdown, the sticker was the year before and he didnt get out of the 1st round of dunks.
