Jamaal Tinsley: Sued

The Pacers’ equipment manager alleges that Jamaal abandoned him during the infamous shooting two years ago, and now he’s taking Tinsley to court: “Indiana Pacer Jamaal Tinsley’s rush for safety during a 2007 shooting left the team’s equipment manager a sitting duck in the back of Tinsley’s Rolls-Royce, a new lawsuit says. Trapped in the back seat, Joey Qatato suffered gunshots to both elbows as gunmen opened fire outside the Conrad hotel in Downtown Indianapolis. Qatato’s lawsuit against Tinsley and the car’s driver seeks to hold them responsible for his injuries.”

    Was jamal supposed to get out the car with all those bullets coming turn around and unlock the door for the equipment manager maybe jamal could have asked the shooters to politley stop while he went back to help his friend

    how did jamaal and his driver get away? did they run? if so, where to? why not just drive off? why did this dumbssa sit in the car? if im with two of my black friends, and all of a sudden they take off running, you best believe im running too. id find out the reason later.

    “rush for safety” is the term used. implying that where they were was dangerous. why would you stay somewhere dangerous? why would you sue someone for trying to not die? why don’t you just say, “i’m an equipment manager, my job sucks, i got shot, i wanna get paid.” it’s true and it makes you look like less of a dolt.

    The back door were on child lock or something and this qatao guy couldn’t open the doors himself. The people in the front seat ran into a hotel lobby and left this dude in the back seast. yo can’t blame them for watching their own asses, but thats pretty terrifying. I’m not sure if he’ll be able to win a suit, but dude is lucky to be alive.

    What a fu(ken joke, like Jamaal Tinsley is responsible for this guy getting shot… why not sue the police department for not being there, the car manufacturer for not making the vehicle bulletproof, the clothing company for not making your shirt out of kevlar….

    ^ It likely has something to do with that grand lawyering tradition of going after the deep pockets. The gunmen’s money won’t be a long as Tinsley’s.

    When I saw them running I wouldve been out also. Mel should sue him for the holes(bullet) in his back door and staying in the car like that was gonna save him!!… Dumbas-!!!!
