Who Else Could be the Live ’10 Coverboy?

Just a week after 2K Sports announced Kobe Bryant as it’s NBA 2K10 cover athlete, we find out the Kobe vs. Dwight battle will continue in the digital realm.

    Using Dwight Howard still doesn’t COVER up the fact that the 2K series has murdered Live since the next gen systems were introduced. It hasn’t even been close….

    If Live wanted to put a Kobe adversary on their cover to go up against him, couldn’t they have just put a pic of Colorado or a pic of Lance Ito or something?

    yeah wilz looks like the madden curse has transferred to nba live. every player has a bad season on the cover – wade, t mac, gil zero, parker!!!! Just dont put kobe on live.

    I’ve only played 2k, and its pretty dope. I fcan’t get that in to BBall games though, they still still trail Madden, FIFA and even the new MLB game, by a pretty big margin…

    Live ’09 is actually incredible, in my opinion. NBA Live had a few bad years, but it’s definitely back now.

    Uh, no. I have to play Live because I have a damn Wii. And I don’t just have to play Live instead of 2K9 or NBA 09, I have to play Live ALL-PLAY, i.e. Sports Video Games for 10 Year Olds or Senior Citizens Who Don’t Know Anything About Sports Games. Could we please at least get an NBA Street on the Wii??

    I’ve been a Live guy since the beginning, but noticed the game started going down hill for a while there. I’ve heard so much about 2K and how its the superior game, so I rented it to see if what I was hearing was true. I was very unimpressed and still wonder what everybody sees in 2K that I don’t. It certainly isn’t the graphics. What is it?

    to me, Live fell off in the late 90′s when 2K first came out on dreamcast. It was just miles ahead in terms of gameplay, detail, everything. EA has closed the gap little by little since the PS3/360 era, and beginning with 2k9/live 09 i’d say it was a toss-up.

    LOL i got the European version with Loul Deng on the freaking cover:( (Dwight on the cd)WHY!?!?
    But i gotta admit that Live 10 is pretty good compared to live 09 that one was realy bad
