Clippers Trade Quentin Richardson to Wolves

So much for the Q-Rich noggin knocking homecoming: “The Los Angeles Clippers have reached an agreement in principle to trade guard Quentin Richardson to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Sebastian Telfair, Mark Madsen and Craig Smith, leagues sources said Monday.”

    Good move for the Wolves. I have been wondering recently with this guard heavy class, which four or so guards will make the all-rookie teams at the end of the season. This shows that Flynn is going to be given the keys all season and could propel him to top 5 rookie type production.

    Craig Smith is my man. BC…..when it was him, Dudley, Sean Williams….those were the days at Conte Forum. Those games were fun to go to.

    woww…richardson got traded again haha first it was memphis then l.a now the timberwolves and it all happend this summer…i won’t be surprised if he got traded again :P

    Geez, Dunleavy’s busy. This reminds me of a team we played against recently where the opposing PG and some others would grunt and breathe heavily doing even the most basic things, like bringing the ball up court. Lots of effort, little effect. And I guess the Clips roster is like one of those image puzzles where you have to slide the tiles around. For a lot of people, they’re too frustrating and the pay off is too small. Good luck, Papa Dun.

    That, to me, looks like a playoff contender. However, it is the Clips we are talking about.

    what really sucks about Q’s situation is that he went from a crappy team (NY) to a crappier team (Memphis) to an even crappier team (Clips) and then to a worthless team in ‘Sota. How do you get traded from one bottom feeder to another 3 times? i pray to god he gets moved to Sacramento next.

    Why did the Clippers trade Q. away? he’s better than Telfair and those other guys. At least I hope Ricky Davis is gonna play now. AND, I won’t be surprised if Richardson got traded again.
    Still, I’m wondering if the Clippers could make the playoffs. their starting lineup says so, but it is the Los Angeles Clippers, after all.
    Baron Davis, Eric Gordon, Al Thornton, Blake Griffin, Marcus Camby.

    craig smith sucks, so does telfair. finally the twolves are starting to make some better decisions, and now madsen can go wave his towel in L.A. Twolves should trade rubio for a small forward

    @the seed hes not even jimmy jackson…hes not that talented…and whoever thinks that this team can go to the playoffs…i ask you all to replace what team…remember the suns didnt make it..are you saying that they are better than them i doubt it …i guess staying healthy is a major factor..but they will need a complete turn-around

    So the Wolves trade both their experienced point guards (Foye and Telfair) in order to open up the starting spot for some 19 year old who doesn’t even want to play for them? I guess it’s what we’ve come to expect from the only D-League team that gets to play real NBA games.
