Josh Childress: On the NBA Market Again

Welcome back to the madness, Josh: “Restricted free agent Josh Childress met with Milwaukee Bucks officials on Thursday for a getting-to-know-you session. Childress and agent Jim Tanner were in Milwaukee for discussions with Bucks general manager John Hammond and other team officials. Childress played last season with Olympiakos in Greece and has until July 15 to decide if he wants to opt out and return to the National Basketball Association. The Atlanta Hawks still hold his league rights and could match any offer made by another team.”

The European exodus is officially over, as we all knew it would be. This was always going to happen.

    Haha Z, well said

  • seven deuce Posted: Jul.3 at 1:33 pm
I agree with Z, move them to the D-League or Seattle at least.

  • niQ Posted: Jul.3 at 1:44 pm
llol. Z is right. if they’re going to draft Jennings, they would’ve made the smarter choice to let Sessions walk. but that’s not saying that Sessions isn’t good. I think Sessions is a very good point guard in his own right. But i’m just saying, Charlie V your scorer. who’s going to get you points now?

  • M Cho Posted: Jul.3 at 3:10 pm
^^ If Charlie V is your scorer, then you’re already a D-league team.

LOL i live on wisconsin/minny border so exposed to bucks and twolves a lot (unfortunately) and they are terrible. Wolves at least have some promise now, but the Bucks? I went to an exhibition where they lost to Dallas by 31. and Dirk and JKidd didn’t play. and Stackhouse was injured. This was with RJ and Charlie V. It was so funny to see the looks on the Bucks fans faces (cuz I am a Bulls fan). on another note, I did get Cuban’s autograph.

Remember when everyone thought that all the nba stars would leave for europe? Yea about that…

  • Greg Banks Posted: Jul.4 at 4:32 pm
Childress should play for the 76ers! With them going back to their old threads he sure would look like one!

  • Zach Posted: Jul.5 at 2:52 pm
Josh Childress is welcomed to the Bulls now that we are relieved of Ben Gordon. Josh needs to cut his hair first though…
