Odom, Lakers Back to Negotiating Table

The talks have resumed, and according to some, it’s nearly a done deal: “Is the table being set again? A week after the Lakers pulled a pair of contract offers to Lamar Odom off the table, the sides resumed talks Wednesday. The discussions were labeled productive, but there was nothing to report ‘at the moment,’ according to a source familiar with negotiations who was not authorized to comment publicly.”

They’ll get it done. I never thought Odom would leave L.A. as much as I would have like to see him back in a Heat uni.

I thought you were getting ready to cheer for the Lakers anyway, Cheryl? Don’t act like you wanted him in Miami. Never thought YOU’D turn on our boys. *tears well up*

Spurs just signed Ratliff. Their team is looking scarier everytime then sign someone.

@Niq. For the Spurs to win they needed a healthy Duncan. Not the Mcdyesses or the Ratliffs

The Lakers need someone like Odom in the line-up. The Odom-Ariza combo was important to the Championship like the Odom-Artest combo could be. I like Adam Morrison and I really like Luke Walton, but they both won’t fill the void that Odom would leave.

rather have barnes and we need to get younger at this point. no hate on lamar but what he brings at this point to the table. not sure about kamen either…i would pass on both to be honest!
