Mason Won’t Return to Thunder

It’s reaching the end of the line for Mason, but he should be able to latch onto a roster for this upcoming season… if he can remain healthy: “The Thunder will not bring back the former Oklahoma State standout and fan favorite. [...] Mason, an unrestricted free agent, became a casualty of the Thunder’s commitment to developing its young talent and was the odd man out on a roster that currently is one player below the NBA maximum of 15 allowed.”

    he is still one of the best dunkers in the L. and i remember the thunder games i watched last year, Mason was consantly bringing ‘it’.

    ^ That might be messing with chemistry. I could see him in the purgatory of Jersey or the hell of New York. Actually, the Celts might even be able to use him. They’re kind of hurting for an athletic finisher coming off the bench and playing on the wing. Houston would keep him close to home. What do you guys think?

    Matt Carroll traded, Desmond Mase cut from Thunder. Reminds of the classic SLAMADAMONTH. (“Maybe Matt just should have gotten outta the damn way”)

    SLAM used to rep that MASE on covers I’m sure you know Teddy, name (not cover story & photo shoot) all the time. And on Yahoo’s NBA photo gallery a couple days ago, Clyde Frasier, John Starks, new ’09 draftees, and the cap busting fiend himself Allan Houston were doing some city charity events. I hope that chintao didn’t see it and have his blood pressure instantly raised.

    one trade I would like to see is tayshaun prince landing in cleveland him or luol deng are both perfect suplements to lebron

    Clyde was wearing shorts and a tanktop as per the Summer heat. Starks inbetween casual and dressed up. Allan was in full 3 piece suit bought with dirty/tainted money of course, as if subconsciously rubbing it in? Nah, had to be deliberately on purpose.
