Shelden Williams to the Celtics

Why wasn’t Candace’s husband around when the city of Naperville dedicated a park in her honor? He was looking for (and finding!) work: “Forward Shelden Williams has agreed to a one-year contract with the Celtics, according to an NBA source. Williams is expected to sign a deal worth the veteran’s minimum salary of $1.306 million.”

    Shelden will play some better ball in Boston than he has in quite a while. That’s not saying much, but hey they are making moves.

    Shelden was in Naperville at the court dedication to Candace. He was in the background holding the baby. I don’t think his laziness will go over well with the C’s… KG will be in his azz non-stop. Celts fans get to see Candace in her off-season, that’s a bonus.
