deja vu A.I
Tomorrow’s headline: “Grizzlies Unveil Alternate Reality in Which They Don’t Suck.”
Knicks don’t need new unis. Too many teams change their unis every year in hopes of “changing the culture”, “beginning a new era”, etc. Those teams usually begin a new era of mediocrity, or simply continue to suck. Some teams do need new unis, but the teams with simple uni color schemes and designs tend to have a timeless feel. Do the Spurs need a new design? Nope. Celtics? Nope. Bulls? Nope. Knicks? Nope. Clippers? (if there was ever a team in need of a culture change and a new era…) but still, nope. I agree that the Pistons need a change, but they should go back to the Bad Boys-era uniforms. Teams change frivolous things at a rapid pace in order to distract fans from the fact that the actual teams stink. So Memphis unveiled an alternate uni today. They’ll still stink tomorrow.
