Pau Gasol to Sit Out Another One

The Spaniard won’t be cleared to play for the Lakers until Sunday, at the earliest: “Pau Gasol’s strained right hamstring will keep him out of Friday’s matchup with Dallas, but Lakers coach Phil Jackson continues to insist that the big man will return to the lineup soon. ‘Maybe Sunday,’ Jackson said. ‘Hey, we’re not worried about this. We’re just taking this real slow.”‘

Honestly, this doesn’t worry me at all as long as everyone else is healthy. Take your time, Pau.

Like Kenny was saying … it’s not even an issue with this team. It’s really just an issue if they’re playing the Celtics, Magic, Spurs or Cavaliers.

I agree with JoeMaMa, Mbenga needs all the time to develop and become a factor.
