Robin Lopez Out 6-8 Weeks

Bodies keep dropping in the L. The Suns’ big fella also needs to get some cut-up on his broken foot: “The Phoenix Suns announced Monday that center Robin Lopez will undergo surgery to repair a broken fifth metatarsal in his left foot and is expected to miss between six and eight weeks. Lopez suffered the injury in the second half of the team’s intrasquad scrimmage Saturday in San Diego. Team officials say the procedure to insert a screw in Lopez’s foot will be performed Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix.”

Man… this is dumb. The suns are already drastically short on centres. I hope they can find some one decent now that lopez’ career is cut short completely.
