Al Jefferson to Sit Out Two Games

Big Al has been granted a short leave of absence to deal with a family matter: “Al Jefferson flew to Florida on Thursday morning, his mind on matters more important than an eight-game losing streak. The Wolves forward has been excused from the team’s home game tonight against Dallas and Saturday’s trip to Memphis to deal with a family member’s illness. Jefferson will return to the 1-8 Wolves next week, the team announced.”

    who cares?
    it’s terrible for him that his mother is sick but the wolves aren’t going nowhere and pecherov is better then kevin love. Minnesota should just can it. problem is there isn’t a player next ofseason in the draft who can ‘save’ them. can’t the nba just leave minnesota? the market is too small and they havn’t had a reasonable team since two years before KG left.
