  People without criminal records rarely get the maximum sentence.
  Plus, I would wager that when West pleads out to one or two of those felonies, he’ll get a minor sentence that probably won’t require jail time.

  With the domestic issues coming to light it does make you wonder where the fu(k he was off to. I doubt he’ll get put away though.

  Good. I have a feeling he was not going hunting or defending his home from burglars. I hope he gets some (short) jail time, because that’s the punishment that fits the crime. If he West actually thinks it’s okay to take weapons out on the street where my kids play, then he’s an idiot and deserves what he gets.

  See, this is all so interesting to me when the American constitution allows the right to bear arms, but then there are levels of law reform that restrict it. Understand where I’m coming from though, I don’t support guns rights at all. I’m just curious as to what the American laws are, being from Australia we aren’t even allowed to wear shoulder pads on a sports field, so you can imagine how LITTLE room there is for a gun on the streets.

  112 shells and 2 guns and a knife. He could be headed on killing spree. This will play out terribly if he kills someone in the upcoming years. We wondered how that asain cat that shot up tech got gatz with his mounting mental issues. Here’s a guy with admitted bouts with depression and he’s caught out there like that. How soon we all forget the d.c. Snipers. Get this cat off the streets I don care if he’s nasty he doesn’t belong on the outside. Crazy people do crazy things.
