Marbury Not Welcome Courtside at MSG
The madness continues in New York. May it never stop: “Stephon Marbury didn’t exactly get a hero’s welcome when he came back to the Garden Saturday night to see his former team play its home opener. The former Knick guard left in a huff when told by security to go to his correct seat. The latest bizarre chapter in the Marbury saga took place in the first quarter. According to Garden security sources, Marbury held a ticket for a seat in Row A, the second row off the court, in his first trip back to New York since getting bought out by the team last season. But instead, he took a courtside seat, in Row AA, near Spike Lee’s regular seat, across from the Knicks’ bench.”
