Luol Deng Playing With a Broken Thumb

Luol is one tough SOB: “Before the game Monday against the Sacramento Kings, the Bulls revealed that forward Luol Deng has played with a fractured left thumb for about a week. ‘He hurt it in practice, I think right before the Lakers game [on Dec. 15],’ Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro said. ‘It’s been bothering him a little bit, but he’s been able to fight through it.’ The injury is on Deng’s off hand, allowing him to play through it.”

Hope he does well and recovers successfuly. I remember the time when he was one of the essential players on Bulls’ roster. Nowadays, he’s barely a role player, let alone a star athlete which he could achieve once again.

Kobe has proven that broken fingers do not affect you game at all.

RickyRude Deng is the second best player on that team the only reason nobody seems to notice is cause his team sucks

Is this why the Bulls refused to look at Deng on the wing on their botched inbounds play last night that cost them the game?
