Where did you find that? Hilarious.

Absolutely brilliant. I opened this story like, “what the hell could matt have said? i’m gonna make a smart-ass remark about how it could have been one sentence. this is better than one sentence.”

  • http://slamonline.com Bryan Crawford

    Wow… I’m speechless. I’m gonna bookmark this.

Maybe, and only maybe, D´Antoni and Walsh aren´t so in love with the LeBron´s idea as they look, but they´re using it to cover his try for assembling a Suns V 2.0, a great fastbreak PG (S. Rodriguez is very good in a running team, what Portland clearly doesn´t wanna be), Stat (free agent), and some shooters: Gallinari and Joe Johnson (free agent), with David Lee doing the Marion things or getting signed and traded to obtain somebody that could do The Matrix

  • Son of Shawn

Maybe Wilson Chandler doing Marion things?

i don’t know what other word to describe this post other than “brilliant.” maybe “sheer brilliant”?

  • RedRum

well… if they go Suns V2, we know what is going to happen… they are going to loose to the teams that play D during the playoffs…

@AlbertBarr – There are sites you can use to create a countdown timer, so I just found one from a google search

Thanks guys. At this point, there really is nothing left to say about them..

I was so psyched to read your eloquent prose (and note all the grammatical mistakes). This is better.

  • md33

@Redrum: they might lose in the playoffs that way, but they might also win a hell of a lot of regular season games…assuming the Suns 2.0 thing works out – which I don’t think it will, but that’s simply my opinion. If it does though, don’t you think the fans in New york would rather have the most entertaining team playing the most exciting brand of basketball in the league, while making deep playoff runs before losing in the conference finals every year, than to have to sit through the athletic excrement they suffer through now?

    It’s funny because it’s true.

    Well played.

and we don’t even know for sure what July 2010 will even do for the Knicks. ahahahah

  • LeoneL

Well put. Although the millisecond counter seems to be a bit off. LOL

Best blog post on slam this year.

  • David

I think July 2010 will see the Knicks move forward after signing BOTH Mike Miller and Carlos Boozer to near-max contracts.

  • Sparty’s Law

Countdown until LeBron resigns with the Cavs and Wade and Bosh sign with the Heat.

  • Dave

I don’t think Walsh will overpay anyone. He freed up the money to sign new players and we know he’ll sign better players than Isiah did. The star free agents is a lot of hype as far as the knicks and most teams are concerned. It’s all media and got the fans too optimistic.
