Davis, Udoh, Hobson, Williams Enter NBA Draft

To be honest, some college underclassmen who declared for the NBA Draft are Europe-level talents… but definitely not these players: North Carolina sophomore Ed Davis, Baylor junior Ekpe Udoh, New Mexico junior Darington Hobson, and Memphis sophomore Elliot Williams.

    Ekpe Udoh! YES!
Ed Davis hmm.. being injured might hurt his stock but ah wells, teams will still draft him… I think

Ed Davis is a sure-fire Lottery Pick… as he was last year. Like Warren, staying another year didn’t help his stock.

Besides Elias Harris of Gonzaga I think Udoh has done perhaps the most to improve his draft stock…I don’t think he was even mentioned in most NBA circles last year and now he is regarded as one of the best picks at his position.

Center’s always going to be a weak position, but I hear you Blazer mania.

Mr. Hobson is the Evan Turner of the West… but another year wouldnt hurd and def make him a 1st round lock!

Ekpe Udoh – THIS will be the guy that Memphis thought they had in that Hasheem Thabeet selection of last year. This youngster is straight up fearless.

Ryne – Just for topics sake, who do you think are the best at each position? And will they be drafted accordingly??

Guys I went to Middle School with Ekpe. So pumped about him going to the league. The funny thing is I got both Ekpe and Obi Muonelo to sign my yearbook. Ekpe just signed his name and Obi put that I should keep his autograph because he was going to be in the NBA one day. Lol. Needless to say we had a sick team.

    Udoh!!!!

I taught Udoh and Muonelo in Elementary School and coached them in middle school! They are both as competitive as anyone and lived for basketball! If they are given a chance both will be great team players and teammates!
