Jamal Crawford Wins 6th Man Award

Well-deserved for Crawford. We won’t be hearing complaints from anyone about this: “To the surprise of no one, Hawks guard Jamal Crawford was named the NBA’s sixth man of the year Tuesday afternoon. Among all NBA players who didn’t start a game this season, Crawford led the league in scoring at 18.0 points per game. Crawford, acquired in a trade with Golden State last summer for Speedy Claxton and Acie Law IV, gave the Hawks scoring punch off the bench that they had previously lacked. Crawford led the team in scoring 27 times this season and proved a high-caliber finisher.”
