Johan Petro, Nets Agree to 3 Years, $10M

Petro started 16 games for the depleted Nuggets last season. From Yahoo!: “Seven-footer Johan Petro has reached agreement with the New Jersey Nets on a three-year, $10 million contract, league sources told Yahoo! Sports. After two seasons with the Denver Nuggets, Petro, 24, will now play behind New Jersey’s burgeoning young center Brook Lopez.”

    Anybody wanna break down his game for me? All I know is that he looks good at times and then dissapears… Good rebounder, doesn’t do much on the low block. Wouldn’t Josh Boone be a better guy to give money to? Also, this is why you traded away Yi and CDR? Weak.

    The Nets will regret getting rid of Josh Boone it will come back to bite them. But he was not happy there anyway. They pay a player with time on the Court more money???
