LeBron’s Buying a Castle Fit For King

Fanhouse with the report: “Life & Style is reporting that LeBron James, who recently signed a six-year, $110 million deal with the Miami Heat, has started the paperwork to buy a $49.5 million mansion in the most expensive portion of Coral Gables, Fla. The home was once owned by Pat Riley, and was taken off the market shortly after ‘The Decision.’ The home is the most expensive in Coral Gables, according to Life & Style, and features:* eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms; * 880 feet of waterfront; * a master suite with a full gym; * a private guest suite with its own tennis court and courtyard on an acre of land. * a 150-foot dock. Taxes are about $1 million per year, with an additional $150,000 price tag for utilities. South Florida auto magnate Alan Potamkin owns the home, and he has listed the home for $49.5 million.”

    With his endorsements, he should be able to afford it. But the real question is: WHY? It’s completely unnecessary. Who will be living in all those rooms? Hell, he could probably get a nice, good home in Coral Gables for a lot cheaper. And it’s not the price that’s crazy, it’s the bills. Imagine having your light bill be like $1000 per month. That’s just ridiculous. Let’s hope he doesn’t get hurt 4 games into the season and go broke for life. THAT would suck.

And yes, there are tons of lard ass retards here, and I dislike them more than you, and I hate the govt here, thats another topic in itself. Now, a canadian saying american girls are fat? Thats rich. and being ‘multicultural’ is great, I love all ppl, except stupid ones. But the term ‘multicultural’ and ideaologies that go along with it is yuppie bs. Now, being aware and actually able to interact with many peoples and their cultures is what its about.     Damn! Some heat goin on hear. As a born and raised Canadian with most of my familly in the USA I want to clarify some things:
    1. While there are MANY people of MANY races in Canada – caucasians are nowhere near the minority.
    It is CLOSE to but over 50% white in many major cities.

    2. For those who want to talk about weather or people of a nation – TRAVEL. These are HUGE countries with major differences from one region to another.
    Seattle, Portland and Vancouver are alot more similar than anything is to Newfoundland.

    We are all sharing the same big piece of land and are all more similar than many care to admit.
