Luke Walton Could Miss ’10-11 Season

Looks like Luke Walton may have inherited some back problems from his father. Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak calls it a “unique” injury that may require surgery: From ESPN: “The arrival of Barnes in Los Angeles only highlights serious questions surrounding the health of Luke Walton heading into next season. Walton was limited to a career-low 29 games during the 2009-10 regular season because of back problems debilitating enough to require surgery. General manager Mitch Kupchak said Friday that Walton will work through the summer to rehabilitate and build strength in his back but acknowledged the prospect of future surgery still exists, and even that Walton could miss the 2010-11 season.”

Oh, my! I heard by a columnist of a NBA magazine some words of Bill Walton. He said horrible things for making an idea of his hell.
Of course we live in a better world now, in the 21st century. My wishes for a fine surgery… (I’ll follow it)

i like luke’s game.. for the triangle offense.. it’s not a coincidence that while he was hurt.. he was helping out the coaching staff on the sideline.. his IQ on the game is nice.. and it’s always a shame to see an injury end a career.. regardless of their game or how many highlights they get..
