The Heat do need a spot-up guy. Probably why they were trying to get Derek Fisher to join them. They don’t need a PG to create plays for them, they need a guy that can occasionally bring the ball up the floor to relieve Wade and Lebron from time to time. They also need that guy to be able to stay out of the way in the corner and hit shots when the ball comes to them. Where’s Damon Jones nowadays?
