Andrew Bogut Could Miss Season Opener

In an interview with Australian sports network Ten, available here (but not in the US), Bogut revealed that fluid buildup in the elbow could keep him out for the first month of the NBA season: “‘I’m optimistic that I should be ready for the season but you never know with these things because of the nerve damage and so on, it’s on its own course,’ he said. ‘I’m one of those guys who will play through injury but if I’m not 100% for the season to start, there is no sense going into an NBA season at 85% ’cause we’re playing up to May.’”

So Bogut is ceding the Eastern Conference Championship to another team?

Hate to see him miss any action, but if it’s gonna make him 100% for the playoff run I’m all for it. Fear the Deer

HAHA! Best offensive center in the league? Are you on drugs?

  • Daniel Dragicevich

Maybe not best offensive centre but he is the best centre

best centre. top 10 player. easily. people say hes not even top 30 then they put stoud in top 10 and then they say bogut is better than stoud. people are just ratarded. he is imo best 1 on 1 low post defender in the L, 1 of the best help defenders at c and has imo the most refined post game at the centre position in the league at this current time. his spins and hooks both hands are unguardable. u saw the results last season when bucks finally used him offensively.

he has developed a rather good post game but i would not call him the best center in the leage by a long shot.. u still howard, bynum, perkins, b. lopez, haywood, horford, yao.. sure im forgetting others still
