LaLa Says Melo to Knicks Possible

LaLa is from Brooklyn and was a Knicks fan growing up. Melo’s wife spoke to Amanda Sidman of the NY Daily News: “Us being in New York is a possibility. It depends on ‘Melo’s career and where it takes him. There’s a lot of talk about the Knicks, I mean, there’s a lot of teams out there, he’s a great player and I think collectively we just need to think about what makes sense for our family. But I would never say that being in New York is not an option, I’d be lying to you if I said that.’”

The “wife” has spoken, so we should all believe his going to NY. F*uck out here, like guys really listen to what a woman says. Until Melo comes out and say it, the rest is hogwash.

Anybody thinks Melo is pissed, because Lebron didn’t ask him to join him in Miami? Wifey will probably an influence on him, just to keep her happy and all. Wondering if there will be again a ‘Decision’ on ESPN if Melo has made up his mind.

If Melo is smart he will be listening to his wife, thats the smart move, plus she can get her job back at MTV and make some money on her own. Just joking. Melo is top 5 in the league and deserves a fresh start. BOOK IT!!

this really shouldn’t even be reported. Melo’s wife said “yeah, we could go to New York. Or we could not.”
So, in other words, everything everybody already knew. Great.
At least Ken’s response was funny.

@Seed, if Melo were smart he would have signed the same extension that would have let him decide it all this summer as opposed to 2011.

JTaylor21 is obviously not tied for life to some girl who has his children and could take half at any moment.

So tired of all this media whoring from everyone in Melo’s camp. Alot of speculation! He said, she said, nobody said, agent said, espn analysis said, NBA analysis said. Everybody needs to just STFU, stay away from reporters, cameras, and let Melo iron this shi* out with management.

  • [...] does Melo any favors, frankly, and I think he has opened up the possibility for other teams so his favoritism for New York doesn’t appear so transparent. I think what is most obvious is that he wants New York, and from what I hear that hasn’t [...]
