No. 1 in the Game
The Forest Lab has L.A. hoops covered.

If there’s any confusion on who’s the real king of the NBA — or if you forgot who the number one player in the League is — just visit The Forest Lab website. Look no f
urther than this tee from one of the best up-and-coming street apparel companies out right now. On the front, you’ll see the Black Mamba himself, Kobe Bryant, with a crown on. On the back it simply reads in bold letters, ‘Only Kings Have Rings.’
This California-based street apparel company is making a name for itself with its quality, positive street apparel for the everyday sports fan. The founders — a group of huge long-time L.A. Lakers fans that originally made street apparel shirts for themselves for fun — are now turning their passion into a full-fledged business.
But this isn’t just a clothing site, but a company that produces street apparel, accessories, and maintains an excellent blog on various topics — one of which is the show we call LeBron.
The real big three — Garrett Campbell (Founder/Co-Owner/Design), Troy Meacham (Co-Owner/Operations) and Wesley Davenport (Marketing/Social Networking) — are the core players of a future dominant enterprise. Usin
g strong images and complex designs, it’s easy to say the company’s products catch the eye. But they also pay homage to NBA greats of the past and present.
Drawing inspiration from major fashion labels, such as LRG, and being long-time sports fans themselves, these gentlemen put their heart, soul and passion into every shirt, accessory and blog post. So it’s no coincidence that the shirts are gaining major attention throughout the western region of the US. The Forest Lab is in process of opening its first store in California early fall season, but you can still purchase its clothing online.
SLAMonline advises readers to do more than just take a look at The Forest Lab’s apparel. If you visit The Forest Lab website, I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. Check the website for future t-shirt designs such as the new MJ/Bird rivalry street apparel series.
P.S. Kobe, I think you need to visit this site also. This would be a great shirt to wear during the season. Think about it: What if you beat the Heat with this shirt on? ‘Nuff said…
