Before you know it, a few coaches will be on the hot seat this season, and shortly thereafter, at least one will get run out of town. Who’ll be the first victim?
Who's the next coach to be fired?

Bye bye Nellie ball.
I hope it’s don nelson. And there’s no way westphal gets fired.
I’m wondering what might happen if coach Thibs comes out of the gate slowly….?
Should be Jim O’Brien (should have been months ago) but it’ll probably be Nellie, unless they come out really strong. They looked good when he took over and they were fun to watch (still are), but 109 losses in two seasons is just too many, even if you are the all-time wins leader. Hopefully they’re classy enough to privately offer him the dignity of stepping down on his own rather than firing him.
Why is Westphal on this list when the Kings had a decent season when healthy last yr?
Erik Spoelstra will be replaced by the all-star break.
Kuester or Triano, Dumars has a quick trigger finger on his guys I think Kuester is the next man out though.
There is NO WAY Thibs come out as bad as VDN did. I really don’t think it will be Westphal. Dude’s got a team with gobs of potential and he’s been around the block more than once. Nelson’s proven to be harder to get rid of than syphilis. So my money’s on Kuester or Triano.
Erik Spoelstra. If the Heat are under .500 after 20 games or so, Erik Spoelstra is gone. I think all the other coaches in the poll have a longer leash because those teams aren’t expected to win big.
Seth, there’s no way at all the Heat ever drop below.500. Now if the Heat don’t have a better record than 14-6 20 games in, Spoelstra is gone
Westphal? Nope. I’m thinking Triano.
