Polladaday: Windy City Hopes?

Yesterday we looked at the Celts, now let’s move west to Chicago. The Bulls added Carlos Boozer, Ronnie Brewer and Kyle Korver to strengthen their Rose/Noah/Deng core. How will they fare in ’10-11?

How far will the Bulls go this season?

Neither Korver or Brewer are starters. One will have to and this will hurt them in the 2nd round vs Boston/Miami.

50 wins and a second round exit would be respectable for this team. That said, I expect them to get better while teams like the Magic and Celtics will only get worse.

great reg. season record, another first round exit

Assuming they stay healthy, which the Celtics will probably struggle to do, I could see these guys hitting the Eastern Conference Finals.

I don’t see why people think the Magic will get worse. JJ, Dwight, and Bass all improved as the season went on, Jameer and Rashard are still in their prime, and they didn’t lose any key pieces (Barnes for QDub is a wash. The only decline will come from the ruins of Vince Carter’s career.

The ones who said we’ll be in the lottery are either stupid or haters or both. But the ones who said we’re gonna be champs are drunk off the kool-aid…

BooooooooooZAH’s Bulls are headed for the playoffs. **puffing my Nostradmus pipe** and it shall be another EPIC first round battle that goes 7 games in the Windy City. **puffing my Nostradmus pipe** The Knicks win though, thanks to a 3 pointer by the one they call Money Mase. **puffing my Nostradmus pipe** Ahh yes, the NBA is FANtastic.
