Danny Granger to Miss 7-10 Days

Pacers fans were holding their breath when beat writer Mike Wells of the Indianapolis Star reported that Granger injured his left ankle driving to the basket late in the first half Friday. But Wells now assures that the Pacers’ star will only be out for just over a week: “Danny Granger will be out 7-10 days with a sprained left ankle.” Excellent news of the Pacers, who are looking to push for the Playoffs this season.

Why can’t the Pacers make the playoffs? The Magic, Heat, Celtics, Bulls, Bucks, and Hawks have spots secured in the East, but who else is there? Maybe the Bobcats, hopefully New York resurges…but it looks like there are a few not-so-great teams vying for the 7th and 8th seeds. The Pacers are one of those teams vying for a 1st round exit without doubt.

if this team stays healthy they will make the playoffs for sure. They got some young under the radar talent.

@Adam, how about Roy Hibbert? He’s bound to have a breakout season with Troy Murphy gone.
