Nice story, great photos. Big thanks to Kyle and Catherine.
I am a big fan of Boris Diaw, it is inspiring that he goes back to Senegal to not only help the kids, but also teach basket-ball (so popular in Senegal…not as much as soccer but still).
He is a real inspiration for all the younger players.
His brothers are really good people too, we play together every time I visit Senegal.
Kudos to Kyle for authoring the most underrated pieces to show how basketball related development can impact far beyond just the game itself. Keep it coming!
sad that the annoying slam top 50 articles garner so many responses but articles like this hardly any. Nice work all round, diaw sounds like a good dude.
Boris Diaw – walla walla bok? Big ups to giving back. There is so much untapped talent in Senegal and other African countries. Keep it up! Senegal can you feel me???
Jerejefete! Senegal has so much talent but so few opportunities to exercise that talent…thank you for creating those opportunities. Yallah bax na!
